Ella Mendoza is a visual artist who earned her Bachelor of Fine Art degrees in Painting and Art History from the University of the Philippines. Her ceramic installations interrogate contemporary culture through satirical reconfigurations of everyday objects. Her initial training in the production of functional ware later materialized in the themes and processes of her conceptual practice. Lucky for us she continues to make functional ware, including these beautiful latte cups!
